Pusya abhisheka means a ceremony to decorate the deity profusely with flowers, ornaments, cloths. Varahadeva is the boar incarnation Sri Krsna. He assumed the form of a boar to lift the drowning planet earth from the Garbhodaka Ocean with His tusks.
